Full kitchen and dining room and large covered deck with Hot Tub. All with Northern Exposure to enjoy the sunlight with the cool mountain breezes. Enjoy the beauty, privacy and serenity of the area with the sound of a rushing creek. Great place to fish and refresh yourself from the warm days of summer.

| Living room: | Full size sleeper sofa, chair, coffee table, wood stove, Cable TV (70+ channels), 20" flat screen TV, DVD and, VCR (includes movies on tape). |
| Dining room: | Round oak table with four chairs |
| Kitchen: | Fully equipped, including microwave and coffee maker. |
| Porch: | Covered porch with Hot Tub Charcoal Grill |
| Heating: | Electric heat & wood stove. The wood stove has a window where you can see the fire |
| Smoking: | Smoking is NOT permitted inside the cabin. You are welcome to smoke outside on the porch. An ashtray is provided. |
| Internet: | Wireless Internet access available throughout the cabin & grounds |
| Max Occupancy: | 4 people - Add $100.00 a week for each additional person over 2 |
| RENTAL FEE: | $595.00 (per week) - Cabin rents from Sunday 3 PM to the following Sunday at 10 AM. |
