Reservation Guidelines and Information:

You can call us Monday through Sunday from 9AM until 9PM  at 828-926-6032 or email us anytime.

$45 Reservation Fee if paying via credit card (non refundable). No fee if paying by check.
$200.00 (refundable) security deposit.
The security deposit is nontaxable.
11% tax will be added to the rental fee and reservation fee

After reading the guidelines please do the following:

1. Mailing a check? Print the reservation form (below)

2. Using Paypal, Credit Card, or Debit Card? Click on the cabin of your choice and proceed to the Book Now button (right side column). Call first to get the correct amount due.

Please call or email before processing a payment to make sure the week is available.

SECURITY DEPOSIT (Refundable):

Deposit will be required upon booking to reserve the week(s) of your choice. Within five (5) business days following your departure you will receive a check for your reservation deposit that converted to a security deposit for your stay. Full refund of security deposit is contingent on the condition of the cabin being left as it was found on arrival.

BALANCE DUE:

Upon receiving your security deposit, we will email you a letter with a due date for your balance six (6) weeks prior to your arrival. We’ll also include a detailed map to the cabin along with arrangements for your keys.

TAXES:

A 7% North Carolina Sales tax and a 4% Haywood County Room tax will be collected on the total rental amount for rentals of less than 90 days.

PARTIAL WEEK RENTALS

We will rent for a minimum of 3 nights. Advance reservations will only be taken for weekly rentals. Call or email for rates (828) 926-6032.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME:

Check in after 4PM. Check out 10AM promptly.

PETS:

In the Honeymoon cabin and Honeymoon Deluxe absolutely no pets are allowed. Sorry!!! In Johnson Branch Cabin only 1 dog under 25 pounds will be allowed for an additional $100 non-refundable pet fee. NO CATS or any other animals will be accepted.

WINTER MONTHS:

Please be aware that the weather conditions can change drastically in the mountains. It will be your responsibility to get in and out of the property in case of snow or bad weather.

MOTORCYCLES:

In order to preserve the peaceful atmosphere of our cabins motorcycles are not permitted on the main grounds.

CAMPERS, RVS, TRAILERS, and other OVERSIZED VEHICLES:

Navigation with very large vehicles can be quite difficult on mountain roads. It is not recommended that you attempt to bring these vehicles up to our cabins. Please notify the owner if you plan on bringing any such vehicles before making your reservation.

SMOKING:

Smoking is NOT permitted inside the cabins. You are welcome to smoke outside on the porch. An ashtray is provided.

CANCELLATION:

If a cancellation is made six (6) weeks before your check-in date, your security deposit and weekly rental fee (if applicable) will be refunded minus $45 for administration fees. If a cancellation is made less than six (6) weeks before your scheduled arrival date NO refunds at all will be made. This includes your rental fee which will NOT be refunded.
However, if we can rent the week again we will return the weekly rental fee minus the security deposit and any other fees that have been incurred in order to rent the week again. Ex: credit card fees, postage, administration fee, etc.

REFUNDS:

We will make every effort to ensure that the cabins are in excellent working order. In the unlikely event that you should have a problem with any of our cabins during your stay (i.e. appliance, water, power, TV or hot tub outages) we will repair those problems as soon as possible during normal business hours. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee continuous operation 100% of the time and therefore cannot offer refunds should there be a temporary discontinuation of such services. However, we can guarantee that we will address any issues in a timely manner so that you can continue to enjoy your relaxing stay with us in the mountains.
